Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Kiyomi-Usa.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped and delivered on Sundays. All orders placed on a Sunday will be dealt with straight away on Monday morning. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by an extra day. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery to the timescale stated below, as in some cases slight logistic delays which are not in our control, could occur. If there will be significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes; we kindly ask you to provide a physical address. Kiyomi does not offer package rerouting, pick-ups, or refunds on items that have been shipped to hotels or other temporary locations.

Order cancellations or adjustments are only possible if the order is still not sent from our warehouse (within 1 business day). After the order has left our warehouse no adjustments are possible.

UNITED STATES SHIPPING TIMES

Premium Tracked: All orders with Premium courier tracked shipping are dealt with priority and are shipped with USPS post. The delivery times are usually 3-5 business days, after the parcel is dispatched from our warehouse. 

Standard Delivery: All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3-7 working days and you will receive a notification with a tracking code once your order has been shipped. This makes the total estimated delivery time 5-9 days. In rare cases this may slightly vary depending on demand however the customer will always be notified via email if this is the case by a member of our support team. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIMES

United Kingdom, Germany, France, Belgium, Austria, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Hungary, Luxembourg, Norway, Finland, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia: 5-9 business days

Canada: 5-9 business days

Australia, New Zealand: 5-9 business days

SHIPPING COST

We offer FREE standard delivery on all orders to the USA, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom and New Zealand. For other international orders, shipping cost depends on the country of the final destination and will be calculated at checkout. 

CUSTOM DUTIES/TAXES

Orders shipped outside of the US (excluding Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom), may attract customs duties and taxes specific to the country of final destination. We are not responsible to cover these charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the exact cost could/will be. This is because custom policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

For all orders to Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom we DO cover these charges and the customer does not need to pay anything more than their final price at checkout. 

CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is placed you will instantly receive an automated order confirmation. Once your order is dispatched and shipped out from our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking code. This tracking code can then be used in the 'Track My Order' page which can be found at the top and bottom of our website, in order to get constant updates of your orders location along its journey. Also feel free to email us to check your order status if for any reason you are expecting some difficulties; we're always happy to help with everything we can. 

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Kiyomi™ are unfortunately not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost. Once your package is with the respected courier It is out of our hands. If the tracking information that they provide states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it then you will need to get in touch with the respective courier for more information. You can always email us to assist with your enquiries and we are always happy to help.


All orders are shipped from warehouse within 1-2 business days. During peak periods, please allow up to 3 business days for shipping however, the customer will always be informed and notified if this does ever happen.
